Operations Director
Jamie Vaughan is the Operations Director of Novalux Solar. Jamie manages the design process for our Solar PV systems, in addition to over-seeing the installation and commissioning of plants.

Sales Manager
Paul has worked in the renewable energy industry since 2011 in a technical sales role to commercial industry. Paul’s career spans operations, customer service, sales management and consultancy work.

Kerry has 24 years of onsite installation experience and uses this to inform his technical designs for Solar PV projects. He has 14 years experience designing in the renewables sector.

Site Manager
Ben has a degree in AI and robotics in addition to 6 years of experience in the renewables sector. Ben manages the day to day operation on site for Novalux Solar projects.
