Plenty of good arrays are orphaned — the installer gone, the warranty unclaimed, the output slipping. We survey the system, fix what needs fixing, and put it on the same maintenance footing as our own fleet.

How much maintenance do commercial solar panels need?
Minimal but not zero — periodic cleaning and inspection keep output at its design level, and many insurers now require evidence of routine maintenance. Novalux packages cover cleaning, drone surveys and annual servicing.
Do you maintain systems Novalux didn’t install?
Yes. We survey the system first — drone inspection plus electrical testing — then quote a maintenance package or remedial works. Orphaned systems whose installer has disappeared are a regular part of our work.
